This project is for a combined cold room project (freezer room + chiller room). For the freezer room, we choose 2x18HP Original New German brand compressors and 2x9HP for the chiller room. We choose two refrigeration units for each room, more safety and efficiency.

FAQ

1. How long is your delivery time? 
In general, our cold room is customized according to your requirement. The production time takes about 35-40 days, plus the process of QC and export procedure, total time is about 40-50 days.

2. What is your warranty policy?    
Our cold room has 10 years warranty from the delivery date. Our refrigeration unit has 1-year warranty. In general, our cold room can use 20 years at least and the unit can use 10 years without any problem. If something is broken, please send a picture to us and our engineer will help you within 24 hours.

3. Why do we insist original new compressor?
The only original brand new compressor can have the best quality & high efficiency. So you save money on electric bills and maintenance costs.

4. Can refrigeration units be customized?
Yes. We have experienced technicians and a professional team that can help with customization. But we have many models for you to choose from, better choose them because the delivery time is much shorter.
